- Good computer literature
- Experience in research sector is not required
- Having knowledge of social and market sector
- Fluency in Khmer and a good level of spoken and written English
- Proper physical and conduct

- Have real willingness to work as Research Assistant
- Be reflexively active, diligent, patient and persistent
